Case Study: Oakton, Difficult Run (Tree Pole)

Engaged with the community and developed a unique tree pole and custom landscape design to meet the needs and expectations of the community and church.

Challenges

  • Several carriers had searched for over a decade for a location to build tower.
  • The Church at Northern Virginia was a logical location, but the church elders did not feel a tower was compatible with the Church’s mission. They also feared a tower would likely damage their reputation and relations with the community.

Our Solutions

  • Invisible Towers, a subsidiary of InSite Wireless Group, works extensively with the Church and the community to build a consensus with Church leadership.
    • Our relationship with the Church was the key to our success with this project. Church leadership understood our vision and plan which provided the opportunity for Invisible Towers to deliver a successful product.
